AQUALIS Acquires Northern Pipe, Inc.
DURHAM, N.C. – AQUALIS, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners and the leading national provider of sustainable water management services, today announced it has acquired the assets of Northern Pipe, Inc., a wastewater and stormwater collection services and hydro-excavation company headquartered in Green Bay, Wis.
Northern Pipe specializes in industrial vacuumation, televising and inspection services as well as pipeline repair and rehabilitation. The acquisition of Northern Pipe supports AQUALIS’ strategy to provide consistent and accessible sustainable water management services throughout the United States.
